The dining table can be extended and we have extra chairs, 10 people can comfortably dine in.
Parking is Free and unrestricted on the street, plus we have private gated parking at the rear.
Two family bathroooms and one en-suite.
You could walk to Deansgate in 20 minutes, but most people hop in a cab and get there in 5 minutes.
Fancy a snack, Sainsburys, Burger King, KFC and McDonalds are all close by, not to mention the hundreds of Uber Eats or Deliveroo options available.
This is NOT a party house, it's a great base to explore Manchester, our neighbours must not be disturbed.
As a base to visit Manchester there's no better option.
